Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting. One minute of patience, ten years of peace. Patience and perseverance have a magical effect before with difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.

We live in a microwave world, but God is a slow cooker God. By cooking us slow, this he teaches us patience. He takes his time to mold you into what you are waiting for, a job, a husband, and finances or wanting to become closer to him. We want everything now, right now and even yesterday. We must learn to wait on God. By not waiting on God, all of us have rushed into something surely we had to regret.

*Benefits of waiting on God:

· When you're not patient, you are always looking for shortcuts and a quick fix.

· Patient people enjoy better mental health

· Patience help us achieve our goals…don’t rush.

Job will be the leader of the group of "those who patiently endured" in Heaven.

Therefore, God allowed Satan to afflict Job with distress and intense illness and suffering, as God knew that Job would never turn away from his Lord. The first test Satan did was to take away all of Job's animals, killing the servants that were with the animals, and killing all of Job's sons and daughters while they were eating together. Even though Satan did these things to Job, Job did not curse God like Satan wanted Job to do.

Job 1:6-12

"I waited patiently for the Lord; he inclined to me and heard my cry."

"Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly."

"But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience."

"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet. Trust the process your time is coming. God has perfect timing, never early, never late and always on time.

May god bless you and I hope I’ve said something that will help you a tad bit
